Join us for the beginning of a three day durational piece by Indian performance artist B. Ajay Sharma as a part of INVERSE Performance Art Festival.
The first portion of the performance will take place in O'Sullivan Field. Directions to site: Take Cuesta College road to Achievement House, park in the lot at the end of the road. B. Ajay's piece will take place in O'Sullivan Field, by the Civil Air Patrol buildings.

About B. Ajay Sharma: B. Ajay Sharma is a contemporary visual artist. Born in Jharkhand, India, Sharma formally studied painting in two of India's renown art institutions. Working in New Delhi, Varanasi, and Grazlema, Spain, Sharma uses a wide range of media including drawing, painting, sculpture, conventional and revived techniques of photography, durational and site-specific installations, as well as new technologies.
About Cultivate the Hunger Land: With the advancement of climate change, an increasingly unstable economy, and the increasing food crisis, current studies show that suicide in the farming sector has increased by 80% this year. Over the course of three days as a durational piece, B. Ajay both activates and mourns this reality.
